Automated 24×7 PC monitoring. Detects errors and performance issues. All Repairs billed at standard hourly rate.

SmartPC – Max

Comprehensive 24×7 PC monitoring. Detects errors and performance issues. Price includes maintenance for usual and customary items.

SmartServer – for Windows Server

Comprehensive 24×7 SERVER monitoring. Detects errors and performance issues. Price includes maintenance for usual and customary items.

SmartNet

Network monitoring and repair coverage. Covers network connectivity for all devices, plus configuration of non-computer devices (routers, Wi-Fi, printers, etc)

Smart – Email

Comprehensive cloud-based spam and virus filtering for your email system. Can be used with most email Systems.

HOURLY SERVICES

SCHEDULED SERVICES (PER HOUR)

As-Needed – Business | $108

As-Needed – Residential | $98

After-hours / Holidays | $185

Recurring maintenance does not require a signed agreement.

On-Site service is billed at 1.0 hour minimum.

All time billed (after minimums) in .50 hour increments.

Our service area is generally defined as Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Paradise Valley, Glendale, Peoria, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Avondale, Surprise, Goodyear, Sun City, and nearby cities.

Pre-Paid Block hours available at a reduced rate, minimum of 20 hour blocks.
